Portal Zdravlja 1.0.20

The Mobile Health Portal application provides users with access to certain personal medical data from the Central Health Information System of the Republic of Croatia (CEZIH).
It offers the following features:

• Viewing vaccination and COVID-19 testing information. The app includes a link to obtain a Digital EU COVID Certificate and allows users to schedule COVID-19 vaccinations.
• Access to messages exchanged with selected healthcare providers, including automated system messages and direct communication from your doctor. If enabled by your healthcare provider, you can also send messages to your chosen physician.
• Display of prescribed referrals. Referrals to primary care laboratories are visible for 30 days from the date of issuance, while other referrals are available for 90 days.
• Scheduling COVID-19 vaccinations and appointments with primary healthcare providers, provided the clinic has opened appointment slots and your doctor has activated this option. Users can view their appointments and cancel them if unable to attend.
• Submitting prescription renewal requests to your doctor for therapies permitting online requests, if enabled by your physician.
• Viewing your selected healthcare professionals.
• Managing personal data, notification settings, access permissions for your Medical Record, permissions to access medical data from other EU countries, device access management, and review of access history within the app’s Settings section.

The Health Portal allows users to grant or revoke access to their medical information for specific healthcare providers within the Settings page, including:

• Your chosen family physician,
• Selected pediatrician (if applicable),
• Your dentist,
• Your gynecologist (if applicable),
• Emergency physicians,
• Specialist doctors at hospitals and the Croatian Health Insurance Fund (HZZO),
• Pharmacists.

While the portal provides access to medical data, it is essential to follow medical professionals’ guidance, such as obtaining printed discharge summaries or consulting pharmacists and doctors as necessary.
